Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are hiring a Human Resources Specialist for our Piraeus office to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and direct search activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
• Administer hiring, employee changes, and termination processes in compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor employee leave, absences, and attendance records while supporting payroll data administration.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related matters.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR department.
• University degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration.
• Computer literacy.
• Very good level of English, both verbal and written.
