HR Assistant Manager

About the role

Domes Resorts is expanding rapidly and seeks a proactive HR Assistant Manager to support its growing hospitality portfolio. The role blends employee relations, recruitment, and compensation duties while working closely with operations and corporate teams across multiple resort locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, screen, interview candidates and manage onboarding paperwork, including employee files and ERGANI entries.
• Coordinate employee housing, transport, catering, and organize staff social events and internal activities.
• Administer HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and maintain confidential personnel records.
• Support weekly payroll processing, manage new starters, leavers, timesheets, and oversee leave administration.
• Monitor performance evaluations, coordinate training plans, and keep the employee handbook up to date.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a passion for human resources.
• Ability to travel regularly across resort properties, especially during seasonal periods.
• Strong communication skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Experience in hospitality or a fast‑paced environment is preferred.
