Hotel Service Team Member – Athens

About the role

Join The Modernist’s F&B team in Athens as a Service team member, delivering personalized guest experiences across hotel restaurants, bars and room service. You will work closely with colleagues and the Front Office to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverage items throughout hotel F&B spaces and room service.
• Prepare and set up food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and ensure service standards are met.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer guest queries to create a personalized experience.
• Interact with guests in a professional yet unpretentious manner, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
• Assist colleagues and collaborate with the Front Office to ensure smooth overall operation.
• Follow health, safety, fire and security procedures and uphold 100% guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented, self‑motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Team player who supports colleagues and enjoys a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure with good time‑management skills.
• Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4‑5★ hotel.
• Competent in service, barista and bartending tasks.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
