About the role
INcrementUM is seeking a full‑time Hotel Revenue & Yield Manager to lead revenue analysis and online sales optimisation for its portfolio of hotels. Based in Filadelfeia‑Chalkidona, you will own the revenue and pricing decisions that drive profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed revenue analysis and monitor market trends.
- Design and implement effective yield‑management strategies.
- Optimise online booking channels and manage OTA relationships.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to communicate recommendations and ensure execution.
- Take ownership of online sales and revenue decisions for assigned properties.
Required profile
- Mid‑to‑senior level experience in revenue management and online sales.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience with OTAs.
- Channel Manager platforms.
- Website Booking Engine (WebHotelier, Synxis).
- BI tools.
- Rate shopper tools.
- Advanced Excel for business analysis.
