Head of Off Trade Greece

About the role

Diageo is looking for a Head of Off Trade for Greece, based in Athens. The role leads one of Diageo's most critical commercial channels, covering roughly 50% of total revenue across Modern Retail, Discounters and Cash & Carry. It reports to the Country Director and leads a team of four, with the aim of driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering commercial and execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of the Greek Off Trade business with full P&L accountability, including NSV, market share, gross margin, cash and sustainable growth.
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of four, building a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Drive growth across customers, channels and categories through strategic customer and distributor partnerships.
• Partner with Customer Marketing, Finance, Customer Activation and RGM on pricing, portfolio, investments, innovation, digital initiatives and Joint Value Creation programs.
• Strengthen capabilities in forecasting, customer planning, negotiation and execution, with disciplined performance management.
• Act as a senior commercial leader and member of the Commercial Leadership Team, leading strategic relationships and complex negotiations with key customers and distributors.

• Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Growth mindset, sound decision-making and prioritisation, and a hands-on approach.
• Clear communication and an agile, entrepreneurial approach to change and ambiguity.
