Head of Education

About the role

MA CHÉRIE is seeking a Head of Education to design and lead the retail education function across its growing network of wellness concept stores. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on coaching, ensuring teams deliver the brand’s hospitality‑focused customer experience through deep product and skincare expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable retail education strategy aligned with MA CHÉRIE’s brand and consumer experience standards.
• Own onboarding, product, brand and customer service training programmes, and drive continuous team development.
• Lead product and brand education initiatives, collaborating with buying, marketing and international brand partners on launches and knowledge transfer.
• Define and reinforce hospitality behaviours, training teams in customer engagement, needs discovery, storytelling and relationship building.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach staff, assess training effectiveness and ensure consistent delivery of the MA CHÉRIE experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail education, learning & development or training within a multi‑brand environment.
• Strong understanding of skincare, wellness products and the ability to translate product knowledge into personalized customer recommendations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a hands‑on approach to store‑level training.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the network, including international destinations.
