German‑speaking Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assess needs.
• Build sustainable relationships through clear, interactive communication.
• Provide accurate information using company tools and systems.
• Support queries related to electronic devices and home appliances.
• Process accounts and maintain precise interaction records.
• File and update relevant customer documentation.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Meet individual and team targets, including case‑handling quotas.
• Manage multiple cases while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native written and spoken German (C1+).
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong telephone customer service and active listening abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer‑oriented with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Effective multitasking, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of electronic devices and household appliances.
• Ability to work against KPIs and case‑handling targets.
