German-speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role focuses on generating new business and managing enterprise accounts for computing hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise accounts through strategic outbound outreach.
• Drive end‑to‑end sales of hardware solutions within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop customer accounts via direct sales and channel partners.
• Support Global Account Managers with project coordination, pricing proposals and commercial follow‑up.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasting updates and achieve revenue, cross‑selling and KPI targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and fluent English (B2‑C1).
• Proven B2B sales experience in technology, IT or hardware environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to meet sales targets.
