German-speaking Fleet Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Fleet Key Account Manager to manage relationships with taxi and limousine fleet partners across several EMEA countries. The position is fully remote and combines both hunter and farmer activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key fleet partners, acting as the main point of contact.
• Identify and acquire new fleet partners through cold‑calling, lead qualification and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic account plans and integrate them into Talixo systems.
• Analyse performance data, prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve fleet services.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in procurement, B2B or channel sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and intercultural skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
