Fulfillment Shift Supervisor

About the role

As a Fulfillment Shift Supervisor you will lead a large team in our fulfillment centre, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑moving food retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large group of employees, schedule working hours, shifts and handle employee leaves.
• Oversee accurate and timely picking, put‑away and consolidation of customer orders while maintaining high quality control.
• Handle and resolve fulfillment‑related issues promptly during your shift.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report outcomes through fulfillment systems.
• Contribute to process improvement by suggesting and implementing innovative ideas to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, retail store operations or any sector involving people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (considered an asset).
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
