Front Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front‑office team at our newly renovated resort in Corfu, opening in 2027. The role will champion our Service Excellence Culture, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and develop the front‑office team, setting departmental objectives aligned with hotel goals.
• Manage daily front‑office operations including check‑in, check‑out, guest assistance and concierge services.
• Create work schedules, control staffing levels and oversee performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, appearance and service quality for the team.
• Develop, review and update SOPs in collaboration with HR to reflect best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards and guest satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑office or reception management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and guest‑relation abilities.
• Ability to organise work schedules and manage staffing according to occupancy.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, memorable guest experiences.
