Front Desk Agent – Member Club

About the role

The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for members of the 91 Athens Riviera private club. You will represent the club’s brand, respond to member inquiries, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of 91 Athens Riviera, responding positively to all member inquiries and needs.
• Handle requests and complaints from members via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate the full booking cycle for members.
• Enforce the club’s rules and regulations.
• Inform guests about club facilities and manage arrival procedures.
• Assist with member onboarding processes.
• Support ad‑hoc organization and rollout of club events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Team player with strong communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Customer‑oriented, friendly and service‑focused.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills.
