Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Ella Resorts is launching its newly renovated beachfront resort, Ella Elyra, on the island of Corfu in 2027. We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B team, ensure service excellence, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop the Food & Beverage team across all outlets.
• Maintain high quality standards, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.
• Plan and manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability of F&B operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and uphold resort standards.
• Implement training programs and performance evaluations in line with group policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing Food & Beverage operations in a resort or hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent understanding of financial controls, budgeting, and cost management.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to a seasonal opening schedule.
