Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will be responsible for consolidating and presenting the financial performance of all Business Units. This role ensures accurate reporting of profit & loss, budgeting, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from each Business Unit and prepare monthly financial results, including P&L statements, budgets and KPI analysis.
• Create, manage and analyse Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insight into operational performance.
• Prepare, analyse and submit cost‑per‑activity data to monitor expense efficiency.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and assist in variance analysis.
• Support and implement financial or accounting projects aimed at process improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or a related discipline.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in finance or controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP (preferred).
