Field Technical Project Manager – Security Systems

About the role

G4S Security Systems, part of Allied Universal, is seeking a hands‑on Field Technical Project Manager to lead physical security installations across Greece. You will coordinate people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Oversee on‑site field operations, including site engineering and physical infrastructure installation.
• Coordinate the supply chain and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Act as a role model for project‑management best practices and ensure compliance with CDM, health & safety, and governance standards.
• Prepare and distribute reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Track forecast, prioritize work, and manage team capacity to meet critical business requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior clients to enhance satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical project manager in security‑systems or related infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work directly at client sites and manage field teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results.
