Experienced A & B Waiter / Senior Waiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, service‑oriented A & B Waiter (Senior Waiter) to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves delivering personalized, high‑quality service to guests in a fine‑dining or upscale hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, beverages, and wine list.
• Recommend dishes, wines, and drinks based on guest preferences and actively upsell.
• Follow the established sequence of service and hotel SOPs.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests or concerns professionally.
• Support B Waiters and junior team members during service.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and mise‑en‑place.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an A & B Waiter or Senior Waiter, preferably in a 4★ or 5★ hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Good command of English.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
