Executive Housekeeper – Resort Opening 2027

About the role

Ella Resorts is preparing to open its newly renovated resort, Ella Elyra, on the island of Corfu in 2027. We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure a Service Excellence Culture throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, supervisors, public area attendants and laundry personnel.
• Develop, implement and monitor cleaning protocols, schedules and SOPs to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Plan daily work routines based on occupancy forecasts, coordinating cleaning tasks for arrivals and departures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, overseeing budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas and facilities are clean, well‑maintained and stocked with amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of lost‑and‑found items and guest requests.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly and continuously seek service improvements.
• Foster a positive work environment, encouraging staff development and teamwork.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
