E-Commerce & Digital Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce & Digital Media Manager to lead the online commercial strategy of a fast‑growing fashion retailer. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador in the digital space, driving traffic, conversions and an excellent user experience across our e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate creatively with the Marketing & E‑Commerce department to align digital initiatives with brand goals.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital and social media campaigns, including ad creation and content management.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance, conduct data‑driven analysis and continuously improve campaign results.
• Implement SEO strategies and manage CMS platforms such as PrestaShop, Magento, Wix or Shopify.
• Focus on customer service and ongoing enhancement of the user experience.

Required profile

• BSc or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital media management, preferably within fashion retail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMS platforms (PrestaShop, Magento, Wix, Shopify).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with analytics and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw.
