Dutch‑Speaking Transportation Customer Expert

About the role

Join a leading transportation manufacturer in Greece as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Expert. You will support truck and bus owners, handling inquiries, breakdown assistance, and complaints to ensure reliable and safe mobility for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch.
• Create and manage cases in the CRM system for breakdowns, verifying vehicle details and coverage.
• Coordinate with dealers, technicians, or third‑party services when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
• De‑escalate concerns, propose solutions, and refer complex cases to higher support levels.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship database and follow up on open cases.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch with good English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
• Experience with knowledge‑management or ticketing systems is a plus.
