Dutch‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (Athens)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for B2B prospects, driving inbound and outbound sales activities and helping to build a robust pipeline for our digital advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all funnel stages.
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media, with video meetings as the core activity.
• Identify and approach alternative decision‑makers using lead‑generation tools and methods.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and hand over high‑quality opportunities to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to response‑time SLAs and defined sales cadences.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Experience in a tech or digital‑advertising environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Comfortable conducting client‑facing video calls on a daily basis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
