Driver – Deliveries & Returns

About the role

We are looking for a motivated driver to join FlexCar’s fast‑growing team in Athens. You will be the main point of contact for customers when they drop off or pick up their vehicles, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers during vehicle drop‑off and pick‑up.
• Transport and position vehicles within the parking area.
• Update and manage information in the ERP system.
• Inspect vehicles at each handover and record any observations.

Required profile

• Passion for automobiles and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a startup environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning, organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and think critically.
