About the role

Join Kyndryl as a DevOps Intern and gain hands‑on experience through immersive learning programs. You will work on real client projects, receive mentorship, and develop core business and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns or risks, and propose practical next steps.
• Assist in building, troubleshooting, and validating changes in tools or systems such as integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, or configurations.
• Collaborate with teammates across functions and regions to coordinate handoffs, meet shared deadlines, and deliver on commitments.
• Communicate progress clearly, raise blockers early, incorporate feedback, and adjust work based on stakeholder needs.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and workplace norms, ensuring punctuality, responsiveness, and accountability.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university or educational program.
• Ability to apply basic analytical and critical thinking to assess information and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and updates.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies.
