Data Offering Specialist

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Data Offering Specialist on a 12‑month contract to develop new data products and enhance existing ones for the life‑sciences market. You will lead the end‑to‑end creation of data offerings, ensuring they meet market demand, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch new data offerings and improve current ones, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and implement robust data transformation strategies for existing sources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to build scalable ETL pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Create and maintain offering documentation such as specifications and SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management within large, international companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong project management abilities and experience leading a high‑performing data engineering team.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.

Required skills

• Expertise with databases, data modeling and data transformation tools.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing best practices.
• Experience with cloud‑based data platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
