Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will support day‑to‑day activities of the Customer Service and 3PL operations at Kenvue’s Maroussi office. This fixed‑term role focuses on order management, invoicing, returns processing and ensuring a high level of service for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing and invoicing, guaranteeing accuracy and timely reporting.
• Process customer orders from various sources while maintaining up‑to‑date account information in company systems.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and service issues related to orders, deliveries, billing, products and returns, providing prompt resolutions.
• Coordinate returns, credits, stock discrepancy investigations and claims together with customers and third‑party logistics providers.
• Communicate proactively with customers about order status, product availability, delivery schedules, delays and issue‑resolution updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation, shipment and return records, and detailed logs of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, customers and internal stakeholders to improve satisfaction and streamline service processes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Logistics.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous).
• Strong digital literacy.
