Customer Service Representative

About the role

Comvos Express is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join its Thessaloniki office. You will be the first point of contact for B2B and B2C customers, handling inquiries across phone, email and other channels while ensuring accurate information on shipments and logistics procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email and chat, providing timely and accurate service information.
• Track orders, resolve issues and complaints, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain and update customer records, documenting each interaction in the CRM system.
• Support service‑improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive customer experience aligned with company quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with proven experience in enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages such as Greek are a plus.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role within logistics, transport or related industries is beneficial.
