CRM Team Leader

About the role

Allwyn Hellas is seeking a CRM Team Leader to turn its retail CRM strategy into measurable action. You will shape a results‑driven CRM roadmap that enhances customer value, deepens engagement, and supports the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the largest retail segment, driving growth, engagement and customer lifetime value.
• Design and execute CRM and loyalty customer journeys, linking loyalty strategy to lifecycle management.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing CRM team.
• Implement tactical plans that align with the Retail CRM strategy while ensuring compliance.
• Innovate across lifecycle and base management, leveraging CRM platform capabilities and automation.
• Track performance, manage budgets and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer, Online and Commercial teams to align on commercial plans.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Digital, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fast‑paced gaming or e‑commerce.
• Proven leadership experience with strong people‑management skills.
• Innovation mindset, tech‑savvy and data‑driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities, capable of handling multiple projects.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, Unica, Responsys, Optimove.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
