Content Moderator – Bilingual Hungarian/English

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Hungarian/English Content Moderator to ensure safe and high‑quality experiences across social media apps. You will apply content policies, score digital media, and support a positive online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply client content policies and consistently handle reported abuse.
• Review and score videos, images, news, political ads, and social media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Escalate issues that may impact performance and maintain required KPIs.
• Participate in wellness programs and employee assistance initiatives.

Required profile

• At least one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with empathy.
• Cultural awareness of political and social issues in the supported market.
