Construction Site Manager

About the role

Olon is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead on‑site coordination and supervision of its premium residential and hospitality projects in the Athens Riviera. The role is full‑time and based in Voúla, Athens, and focuses on delivering high‑quality construction outcomes on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities across luxury residential and hospitality developments.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor progress and control site costs.
• Review drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with design intent.
• Synchronise schedules, resolve on‑site issues and maintain safety standards.
• Guarantee that works are completed on time, within budget and to Olon’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, finishing works and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, timelines and site costs.
• Familiarity with Greek building practices, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Fluency in Greek; good working knowledge of English preferred.
