Construction Project Manager

About the role

Optimal, on behalf of its client Ideales Group, the largest constructor of private and commercial swimming pools, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Projects Department. The role involves managing and coordinating technical projects from the design phase through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial design to final delivery.
• Coordinate contractors and project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Monitor project cost, time, and quality.
• Perform basic design work using AutoCAD.
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM) for projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management, preferably as a Project Manager within a construction environment.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools is considered an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and high accountability.
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and own projects.
• Technical understanding to manage project requirements effectively.
• Client‑management skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Good cost awareness and understanding of project budgets.
• Professional, collaborative, results‑oriented team player.
