Construction Logistics CSA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Logistics CSA Engineer to join our Greek team and support major industrial building projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing all logistics activities on construction sites, ensuring smooth delivery flows and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all site deliveries, manage delivery booking slots and control vehicle access.
• Organise storage areas, unloading zones, base‑camp facilities and maintain the site logistics plan.
• Coordinate daily logistics activities with subcontractors and participate in coordination meetings.
• Plan and monitor the use of cranes, telehandlers, MEWPs and other lifting equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage waste collection, segregation and skip rotations to keep the site clean and efficient.
• Enforce HSE requirements, maintain housekeeping standards and monitor pedestrian and vehicle routes.
• Maintain and update logistics documentation, including the Site Logistics Plan and Site Installation Plan.

Required profile

• Civil engineer specialised in logistics with a minimum of 5 years experience on large industrial building projects.
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills, combining diplomacy, rigor and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Greece as required by the construction sites.
