Construction Engineer – Public & Private Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Engineer to lead the monitoring, organization and delivery of high‑impact public and private construction projects in Athens. Working in a hybrid setting, you will connect office strategy with on‑site execution to ensure projects meet technical and financial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall monitoring, organization and delivery of construction projects within Athens.
• Coordinate and manage on‑site work crews and subcontractors.
• Track and manage the financial and technical progress of assigned projects.
• Maintain the daily site diary and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement, orders and supplier deliveries.
• Organize, draft and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare technical measurements, comparative tables and progress bills/accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of site experience on public building or MEP projects.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and English.
• Registration as a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).

Required skills

• AutoCAD for supervising sketches, measurements and As‑Built drawings.
