Community Manager

About the role

Cosmetic Derma Medicine is seeking a proactive Community Manager to join its Marketing team. You will be the voice of the brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, turning everyday interactions into lasting brand connections.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages and mentions in a timely, brand‑aligned manner.
• Monitor social sentiment, flag emerging issues and relay feedback to the Social Media Manager.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
• Produce concise statistical reports on community activity and engagement trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or community engagement.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics and wellness.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook platform tools and features.
