Commercial Analyst

About the role

The Commercial Analyst will support Sweets Distribution Roshen SM Ltd. in Greece by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on commercial performance. You will work closely with the sales team to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly analyses, reports and dashboards covering sales, stock, promotions and KPI performance.
• Monitor and evaluate target achievement, identify trends and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Support operational and strategic planning through well‑structured reporting.
• Contribute to sales forecasting, estimation and purchase planning.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reporting tools, models and templates for the sales team.
• Work with commercial software, ERP systems and internal databases to validate and structure data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within FMCG (food or beverages).
• Professional proficiency in Greek and at least B2 level English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong command of Power Pivot.
• Strong command of Power Query.
