Chinese/English Information Desk Specialist (Athens)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Chinese/English Information Desk Specialist to join our flagship store in City Link, Athens. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing product information and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and respond promptly to inquiries in Greek, English and Chinese.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, promotions and store layout.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Support the overall operation of the store, including occasional assistance to the Head Office reception team.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Fluent in Greek, English and Chinese (additional languages a plus).
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a similar customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication abilities and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work varied schedules.
