Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of Lateralus AI, supporting the co‑founders across finance, legal, office, and people functions. This high‑trust position will manage systems, workflows, and external partner relationships to keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all company payments, liaise with accounting partners, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Review incoming contracts, flag key terms and risks, coordinate with external counsel, and organize agreements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations including supplies, equipment, cleaning, vendors, reception, filing, and facilities management.
• Coordinate new‑employee onboarding, ensuring timely completion of all required activities and resources.
• Own and improve internal processes, providing operational support across the team.
• Plan and coordinate team events, celebrations, conferences, and off‑site gatherings.
• Provide executive and administrative support to the co‑founders, acting as primary point of contact with accountants, lawyers, and vendors.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in operations, office management, personal assistance, finance administration, or business support.
• Strong attention to detail and superior organization and prioritization skills.
• Comfort working with numbers, payments, and financial documentation.
• Ability to read contracts and identify items that need escalation.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• High trustworthiness, discretion, and confidentiality handling sensitive matters.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.
