Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across our fast‑growing women’s apparel business. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, build and maintain dashboards, reports and key performance indicators that drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and KPI visualisations using Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into effective BI and reporting solutions.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Monitor business performance indicators, identify anomalies and recommend actions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across all reporting outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
