Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Vector Brands is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of international brands and drive their growth in the Greek market. You will work closely with sales, management and global partners to shape brand strategy, launch new products and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans.
• Design and execute product launch strategies and promotional campaigns across all sales channels.
• Analyse market trends, competition and consumer behaviour to inform decisions.
• Manage product assortments, pricing strategies and monitor sales performance, profitability and ROI.
• Collaborate with global brand owners, suppliers and external agencies on creative projects.
• Support key customer presentations and commercial initiatives.
• Identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve brand performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management or Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Highly organized, ambitious and proactive.
