Bilingual Russian/English Content Moderator

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Russian/English Content Moderator to ensure high‑quality, safe experiences across social media and other digital platforms. You will apply content policies, monitor reports of abuse, and help maintain a safe online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review digital content such as videos, images, news stories, political ads, and social media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Score content against internal Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Metrics.
• Escalate issues that may impact performance and adhere to security, confidentiality, and project requirements.
• Participate in employee assistance programs, training, and wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading and writing Russian and English.
• High school graduate or higher.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficient with Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Familiar with customer support tools such as Zendesk and Slack.
