Bilingual Persian/English Content Moderator

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Persian/English Content Moderator to ensure safe and high‑quality experiences across a family of social‑media apps. You will apply content policies, review a variety of digital assets and help maintain a respectful online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review videos, images, news stories, political ads and social‑media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency.
• Score content according to client policies and escalate any issues that may affect performance or KPIs.
• Participate in wellness activities, counseling sessions and employee assistance programs.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Persian (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with high empathy.
• Cultural awareness of political and social issues relevant to the supported market.
