Bilingual Norwegian/English Content Moderator

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Norwegian/English Content Moderator to ensure safe and high‑quality experiences across its social media family of apps. You will apply content policies, review a variety of digital assets, and help maintain a respectful online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and score content such as videos, images, news stories, political ads, and social media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Apply client policies consistently and escalate issues through appropriate channels to maintain KPIs.
• Participate in wellness activities, counseling sessions, and employee assistance programs.
• Adhere to security, confidentiality, and project‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• At least one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Norwegian (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness of political and social contexts.
