Bilingual Content Moderator (Slovakian/English)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a bilingual Content Moderator based in Thessaloniki. The role involves reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads and social media profiles, and scoring them on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency. Candidates are trained on the client's policies and then apply them to support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review content daily on a computer (videos, news, images, political ads, social media profiles)
• Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency
• Apply the client's policies after training
• Take part in daily wellness activities such as dance parties, fitness challenges, on-site wellness programs, video games and team-building exercises

Required profile

• At least one year of prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English and Dutch, able to read and speak both languages

The role is on site in Thessaloniki; there is no hybrid or remote option for this campaign.
