Assistant Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the role

Join us as an Assistant Clinical Research Associate and make an impact at the forefront of innovation. You will support site preparedness, provide logistical assistance to the monitoring process, and help manage remote site activities in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform study and site management tasks as defined in the task matrix.
• Support pre‑study assessments, site ICF customization, and vendor qualification processes.
• Conduct remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and verify document collection status.
• Coordinate site supply management, essential document collection, and site payments.
• Reconcile trial data, including CRF status, queries, deviations, and safety reports.
• Maintain administrative tasks such as expense reports and timesheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a life‑science discipline, nursing certification, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and therapeutic areas.
• Understanding of ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and company SOPs.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for remote data review.
