About the role
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Banquet Manager to join its Food & Beverage team. In this role you will support the planning and execution of exceptional events, ensuring seamless service delivery that reflects the Four Seasons standard of luxury hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the Banquet department, maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, coordinating with the Banquet Management team.
- Collaborate with Catering, Culinary, Stewarding and other operational departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Contribute to team development and operational excellence.
