Assistance Team Member

About the role

Join Hellas Direct’s Assistance Team and become the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns. You will work in a 24/7 shift environment, providing guidance, support, and solutions through phone and email interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with car breakdowns, arranging towing or on‑site repairs as needed.
• Collect detailed information about the incident and vehicle damage.
• Recommend suitable garages and promote related products such as garage services and credit options.
• Build positive relationships to enhance the company’s image and customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs, handle complaints, and contribute to team goals.
• Support internal projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Team player with a creative and adaptable mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

• Monthly gross salary between €1,210 and €1,750 (paid over 14 months).
