About the role

REInvestGreece, a leading real‑estate services provider in Greece, is looking for a Network Development Manager for brokers on a freelance basis. The professional will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding external real‑estate agents to work exclusively with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify potential broker partners.
• Create and publish job ads on job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and the company website.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone and online interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with Sales Managers.
• Present compensation plans, training programs and career development paths to candidates.
• Support new partners during onboarding and early days of integration.
• Build a professional network by attending career days and industry events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Recruiter or HR professional, preferably in sales, insurance or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Greek and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field is a plus.
