Warehouse Operations Manager – Lead Shift Leaders

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Manager leads and supports Shift Leaders to meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards. Working closely with the Site Manager, this role drives, controls, and optimises warehouse operations to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shift Leaders to achieve operational targets.
• Drive warehouse performance across productivity, quality, cost, service and safety.
• Ensure compliance with legal, QSHE, 5S and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement and business development initiatives.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and service levels.
• Coordinate operational activities and report performance to the Site Manager.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Very good knowledge of warehouse operational standards.
• Experience in warehouse operations management.
• Strong team‑management and communication skills.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Leadership, analytical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
