Waiter B' – Fine Dining at Makris Athens

About the role

Domes Resorts is hiring a Waiter B' for its new fine‑dining restaurant Makris Athens. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Thank and bid farewell to guests, encouraging repeat visits.
• Assist senior waitstaff in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences.
• Set and clear tables promptly; maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Help maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training (preferred).
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Conversational level of English.
