Front Office Agent

About the role

Okupa is a vibrant hospitality concept in central Athens, combining a boutique hotel, co‑working spaces, a kitchen & listening bar, and cultural programming. We are looking for a friendly Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth check‑in/out, accurate billing, and memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide courteous service and answer inquiries.
• Handle check‑in, check‑out, payments and billing according to hotel policies.
• Manage reservations, respond to phone calls, emails and online bookings.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the guest‑experience app.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and arrange transport services.
• Address guest complaints and forward complex issues to the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front‑office or similar hospitality role.
• General education degree; college degree preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights.
• Positive, dynamic attitude with strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
