Transport Assistant

About the role

KORRES, a Greek natural‑beauty brand, is seeking a motivated Transport Assistant to support its Logistics team. You will work closely with the Transport Manager to ensure smooth domestic and international shipments, helping the company deliver its plant‑powered products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Transport Manager in daily planning and coordination of transport activities.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ensuring timely execution and addressing any delays.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales and other departments to prepare shipments.
• Maintain communication with carriers, external partners and drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare, review and manage transport documentation, including Proof of Delivery.
• Enter and update transportation data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Support invoice reconciliation and transportation cost reviews.
• Help maintain transport records and generate KPI reports.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork abilities.
• High sense of urgency, problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP (considered an asset).
