Telecommunications Project Director

About the role

TBSP Engineering S.A. is looking for an experienced Telecommunications Project Director to lead corrective and preventive maintenance operations for mobile and fixed networks. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements across large‑scale field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage mobile and fixed network maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee field teams, subcontractors, and external partners.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness and emergency response.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance.
• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Guarantee adherence to HSE and quality standards.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of technical project management experience in telecommunications.
• Proven track record managing large field‑operation teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
